Deleted all my pics from my Canon Powershot SD780 IS, can I get my pics back?

Stellar Phoenix Photo Recovery

I tried some of the photo recovery programs out there. To name a few stellar phoenix photo recovery, zero assumption recovery and photo recovery genius. I dont know why but when I try to start the scan, I cant find my canon sd780!
What can I do??? How can I make my canon powershot sd780is show up as one of the list of devices so that I can get back my pics? Any suggestions??? It would be a great help, thank you all!!! :)

Chosen Answer:

First of all, do not save any new file to camer’s memory card.

Take out memory card, and connect it to computer using a card reader. You should see memory card shown as a drive letter (like H:) in Windows Explorer.

Download recover software asoftech photo recovery (http://www.asoftech.com/apr/). Install and open asoftech photo recovery, select the memory card, and click ‘Start’ button.

Try using a card reader, instead.
Plug the reader into a USB port and insert the memory card.
It will show up as a drive, and you can simply drag and drop the photos across to the folder of your choice.
